The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. More than 1800 engineers are working together on numerous complex automotive products from every side of vehicles. Your contribution to something big:
►Coordinating development activities of leading automotive electronics products
►Leading of international and interdisciplinary project teams (HW-; SW-; system- and mechanical engineering)
►Tracking and controlling quality and timing targets
►Active participation and responsibility in each phase of the projects from quotation to start of production
►Cooperation with international development partners and Bosch production plants
►Preparation and maintenance of project documents according to Bosch quality system
►Regular meeting with the customers, update special characteristics and negotiations of quality targets
►Implementation of improvement measures within the project
What distinguishes you:
►University master degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or comparable
►Few years industry experience in project management, if possible in automotive area would be preferable
►Good technical understanding and orientation
►Knowledge of (HW&SW) project management principles
►Efficient work style and good coordination skills, ability to handle tasks flexibly
►Good communication and presentation skills
►Willingness to accept responsibility and to stand up for decisions taken
►Willingness to work temporarily in Hungary and/or Germany for around one year
►Target, process and quality orientation
►Advantages: Experience with SCRUM + German and/or Hungarian language skills
