Our Client delivers processes for partners including finance, accounting, HR operations, customer service and procurement in more than 70 countries. They are one of the world's leading integrated oil and gas companies. We are currently seeing a strong Team Leader to provides direction to their Customer Service Desk Team.


  • Manage and supervise team
  • Provide relevant support and interface with internal partners and stakeholders as required to resolve escalations and queries
  • Proactively identify gaps in existing processes
  • Support Leadership in developing a high-performance culture promoting continuous learning
  • Plan and assign work to team members, monitor adherence to workforce schedules
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key partners
  • Build trust and camaraderie between team members
  • Inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals


  • Fluent English and Polish language skills
  • 2 years’ experience in the field of Customer Service or Sales Support or Order Management
  • Minimum 2 years’ leadership experience
  • Performance management skills
  • Strong people and time management skills
  • Experience using SAP and/or Siebel and MS Office applications
