About the role: In order to ensure the events contain pertinent and up-to-date facts presented by thought leaders in the industry, the company conferences are produced according to a number of internal benchmarks. From idea generation to content development, their conferences are constructed purely on the basis of research outcomes. A Conference Producer at the company conducts thorough research with industry experts. Furthermore senior members of staff further analyze the initial viability research on content, and carry their further comprehensive research and market analysis.

The conference producer’s philosophy must contain adequate timely content to validate the attendance of a precise group of presenters, and for Attendees to be able to profit from their investment – based on their learning and networking opportunities.As part of the production team your role will be to:
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Research the target audience and overall industry
- Generate timely and up to date topic debate
- Build a compelling and synchronized conference program
- Invite top-level speakers based on internal benchmarks
- Take full responsibility for the quality & delivery of your project
- Ensure our competitiveness in the market
- Act as the project leader & spokesperson for the conferences you produce
- Provide marketable ideas to Sales, Sponsorship & Marketing departments to in order to increase profitability for your events
- Be well organized in order to portray maximum professionalism to internal and external customers alike.
- Take an active part in for all forms of marketing and promotional activities both in online and offline formats
- Be fully responsible for the execution of events
