ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT MANAGER MAIN CASH ADMINISTRATION

WE ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATED EMPLOYEES FOR OUR STORE IN BUDAPEST AND OFFER THE FOLLOWING CAREER OPPORTUNITY: ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT MANAGER MAIN CASH ADMINISTRATION

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Joint responsibility with the department manager for the leadership of the team
  • Responsibility for cash accounting including handling and entering daily proceeds
  • Ensuring proper checkout procedures and working at the cash desk, if necessary
  • Providing administrative support to management
  • Managing customer complaints
  • Taking and coordinating incoming calls

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Successful completion of a business administration qualification, preferably graduating with an A-level certificate from a university
  • Proven practical experience, preferably in the retail and/or service industry
  • Excellent knowledge of German and/or English language
  • General business sense and numerical comprehension
  • Strong customer- and service-orientation as well as strong organisational skills
  • High level of commitment, initiative and a hands-on approach
