Job Description

The divisions Chassis Systems Control (CC) and Automotive Steering (AS) develop innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance. Through the combination of systems based on cameras, radar and ultrasonic sensors, electric power steering and active or passive safety systems we not only make driving safer and more comfortable today but we are also building the basis for the autonomous driving of tomorrow.

Your contribution to something big

Developing automated tests for automotive applications

Verification of software changes (black-box testing) based on customer specifications

Constant optimisation and improvement of testing methods and verification processes

Active communication and alignment with the development area

Building testing- and measurement environments

Defining manual and automatic test cases based on customer specifications

Evaluation and documentation of measurement results


What distinguishes you

Bsc/Msc in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable.

C/C++ or Python programming skills

Experience with embedded systems

Knowledge of measurement and testing processes

Ability to work independently, with an analytical mindset

Ability to cooperate with an international team

English language knowledge

What gives you further advantages

ISTQB exam

Experience with building and using measurement systems

Experience with standard automotive communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay)

German language knowledge
