Job Description

The products of the divisions Powertrain Solutions (PS) and Electrical Drives (ED) increase the efficiency of combustion engines, hybrid and electric cars. The electric motors not only power the wheels but also components like wiper systems, electric power steering or window lifters. The innovative dashboards from the Car Multimedia (CM) division provide an interactive interface between the driver and the car. These systems are developed in close cooperation of software, hardware and mechanical engineers providing challenges for people of all technical fields.

Your contribution to something big:

      You are working on e-Axle, an innovative future product from Bosch

      Responsible for End of Line (EOL) test requirements and specification for e-Axle

      Deep understanding of EOL testing methods

      Main contact partner for e-Axle team members in EOL topics

      Work in an SE-team with Manufacturing, Design and System engineering

      Cooperation with development partners for EOL testing

      Create test specification for e-Axle in customer projects

      Ensure the release of EOL test bench at production

      Work in an international agile and technically demanding environment


What distinguishes you:

      MSc degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or comparable;

      Good technical analysis skills;

      Analytical and creative way of thinking;

      Structured working;

      Ability to work independently;

      Ability to handle tasks flexibly;

      Good communication skills;

      Willingness to travel;

      Target, process and quality orientation;

      Fluent English  (German is advantage)


      Knowledge about e-mobility trends, markets and systems

      Knowledge about testing concepts, testing strategies, statistics
