We are now looking for a structured and pro-active


to strengthen our existing team in Finland. This position will be a fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible until the 31st of August, with a plausible possibility for an extension.

Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate planning and organize logistics, administration and documentation for all types of customer events. You will work in collaboration with Event Requestors in Medical, Commercial or Public Affairs. You will be in contact with your Nordic colleagues through videoconferences and –meetings and work closely together with them.

The overall aim is to ensure that all Janssen events are of high quality. This includes promotional events, medical education events, educational support, advisory boards, consultations, sponsorships, patient organisation events and patient organisation support etc.

What we are looking for:

   -Proactive and independent way of working
   -Structured mindset, project management capabilities
   -Strong communication and collaborative skills
   -Resistance to stress, ability to work against deadlines, good sense of urgency
   -Excellent English language skills and fluency of one or more Nordic language(s)
   -Experience of administrative working including event organising
   -Strong knowledge of rules and regulations for customer events within the Pharma industry
   -Ability to work compliant and according to rules at local, Nordic and Jansen
   -Strong IT systems and technical, including digital skills
