Our client is a multinational company that is, among other activities, providing their clients with IT solutions on many fields.
We are now searching for a 
FRENCH SPEAKING ACCESS MANAGER (AKT)

The Access Specialist is responsible for providing, removing and managing access to agents that are joining or leaving the organisation. It includes creating the new user account or providing specific access according the agent profile. 

Tasks:
  • Process the new agents account request by following the onboarding procedure
  • Follow up the new agents request until the agent is fully operational
  • Maintain the tracker of:
    • The arrivals and departures of the agents
    • The different applications access requests
    • The active agents of the service desk
  • Provide analysis of the agents access for auditing purposes.
  • Participate to weekly Meeting with Service Desk Manager to make a debriefing of the weekly action plan
  • Desiging and updating the service catalogue offer for the new agent onboarding process in Service Now
  • Investigate and solve all the incidents in relation with access issue
  • Manage shared drive, group mailbox and sharepoint access

Requirements:
  • Fluent French language knowledge
  • Working knowledge/experience in Service Desk and operation interacting with customer/user related to the Access Infra, Policy and Processes 
  • Has the knowledge of access management in connection with Service Now, Actice directory, Sharepoint and Outlook
  • Analytics and IT skills to be able to investigate access issue
  • Rigorous and organized presonality to be able to follow strickly all the processes and to perform all the multiple tasks
  • Understanding of IT infrastucture and support groups role 
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows environment
  • Experience in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), ITSM tool (Service Now), SharePoint
  • Experience in continuous improvement projects. Ability to identify gaps in process and operations and recommend improvements to customer
  • Understands the importance of quality and focuses to meet and exceed customer satisfaction
  • Understands global culture and able to work with diverse teams
  • Self-motivated, flexible and driven to achieve superior results
Advantages:
Has knowledge on ITIL concepts / ITIL Foundation and CompTIA Security+ Certification (preferred)

Date of joining: end of July at the earliest
Contract duration: 6 months (EXTRA COMPETITIVE HOURLY RATE!)
8 working hours per day from Monday to Friday, business hours
Place of work: Budapest/Hungary
